New fee: Reduction of capital by solvency statement and reduction of capital by court order (Form SH19 – Section 644 and 649 of the Companies Act 2006)

A fee will be attached to the SH19 Statement of Capital (Section 644 and 649) from 6th April 2010. Any of these forms delivered to Companies House on or after 6th April must have the fee attached; anything received on or before 5th April does not require a fee.

The fees relate to a reduction of capital by solvency statement (s644) and a reduction of capital by court order (s649). The fees will be £10 for a standard service and £50 for a same day service and should be attached to the SH19 form.
