Details of the forms shown in Registrar’s Rules that contain a Usual Residential Address barcode

The forms listed below contain a barcode that enables Companies House to identify particular pages within a form that are exempt from being placed on the public file, as they contain home addresses of the directors or members.

To enable company forms producers to replicate the barcode, Companies House is supplying the measurements and value of the barcode.

The file number for the barcode is Code 39.

The value of the bar code is 2619020208.

The barcode must be set out in the location indicated on the Schedule 2 form being as follows:

• 41mm from the left edge of the page;
• 47.5mm from the top edge of the page;
• 236mm from the bottom of the page; and
• 98.55mm from the right edge of the page
