Seminars for Newly Appointed Directors & Secretaries

To help keep companies on the right side of the law we arrange a number of in-house Seminars throughout the year.

The aim of our Seminars is to:

explain running a company, from incorporation to dissolution
provide information on compliance issues and filing requirements of the Companies Act
explain the main duties of Directors & Secretaries
explain how to complete Companies House forms correctly

You will also get the opportunity to:

speak to Companies House managers about various issues you may have
have a tour of Companies House
trial our online search system

Note

We are updating the way that we currently run our seminars. We will no longer be running the Newly Appointed Directors and Secretaries Seminars, LLP seminars and Regional Seminars. All seminars will be replaced with Companies House Information Days.
