Capital and Shareholder Information

We are changing the way we manage Capital and Shareholder information sent to us on paper forms 363 Annual Return and 88(2) allotment of shares.

The Capital and Shareholder information that you provide to us on these forms will no longer be updated by us.

From the 1st April 2007 the Capital and Shareholder details will no longer be pre-printed on your paper Annual Return.  This means that if you continue to file these documents on paper the share information will need to be completed by you. 

Please note that you must complete section 3 of your return, ‘Issued Share Capital’, every year, before you send us your return.

You will also need to provide us with a full list of shareholders with the first and every third Annual Return.

Capital and Shareholder information will continue to appear on the company record on the copies and images of these documents, which we make available to searchers.

Customers that file these forms electronically will not be affected by these changes as their information is automatically updated by our computer systems.
